Meditation Without Visualization

This free audio practice for people who don’t see pictures in their mind and still want meditation to feel accessible.

So many meditation practices ask us to picture a beach, imagine a color, see ourselves somewhere peaceful, or visualize light moving through the body. That works beautifully for some people.

For others, the mind’s eye is blank.

This practice gives you another way in. No mental pictures required. No pretending. No wondering whether you’re doing it wrong because you can’t “see” what the teacher describes.

We’ll use body awareness, sound, breath, and simple noticing instead, so you have a meditation practice that works with how your mind already works.
